X Games 3-D the movie

Its been a while so I wanted to do a few posts. On Monday I saw X Games 3-D the movie. First of all the tricks are amazing, but seeing it in 3-D was awesome! Also the new type of glasses (real d 3d) don't give you headaches. if you have son or daughter who might want to see people doing back flips, falling from 50 feet, and don't forget hearing bones break.

Favorite Toy

Final Cut Express 4 HD

The best thing for our computer (mac) that I have bought is Final Cut Express 4. For a long time I have been using i movie HD (I thought I was so cool) now I really know what it's like to really edit. The hardest thing for me to do was to get used to the format, I was used to having the effect category on a tab *click*, I had the effects. Now I need to either go to the the tab where the clips are OR go to the effects tab at the top of the computer. After I got used to that I was off! Making explosions appear on the screen and such,the best thing was that I felt good when I use it because I am good at it.
If you want to buy it go for buy.com. Why buy.com? It was the cheapest (150$) at amazon it was more (200$).

U2 "No Line on the Horizon"

I lied! I can't stop! Also today we got the new U2 album "No Line on the Horizon". I am one of the people that tries to look at the bright side of thing so... I didn't have to! I am surprised because the CD reminds of Joshua Tree and How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb.

Who watches Watchmen?

Have you ever picked up a book and you can't put it down? I have! I just bought the book the Watchmen by Alan Moore and illustrated by Dave Gibbons. The story is just so different than a regular graphic novel, it's much more deep. When I say deep, I mean you get sucked in. I haven't read much of it and I love it! If this doesn't grab your attention just read the reviews. Time magazine says "A work of ruthless physiological realism, it's a landmark in the graphic novel medium.", Rolling Stones "Watchmen is peerless!". There are a lot more reviews but I'm lazy so that's it for tonight.
